Branch or representative office registration in Thailand

Representative office registration has been an option for business who intend to perform its non sale related activities in Thailand.  While branch office has no limitaion on business activity.  Whereas, the laws allow you to be able to hold 100% ownership, unlike normal Thai limited company.  However, by having 100% ownership holding by non Thai entity or individaul, it shall be governed by the Foreign Business Act B.E. 2542 (CLICK HERE to find out more about Foreign Business License).
